Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage if desired.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the grill surface, tortilla warmer lid, and marinade tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The removable base can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Assemble:
- Place the grill surface and tortilla warmer into the red base. Ensure they are seated correctly.
- Insert the adjustable temperature control probe firmly into the receptacle on the side of the grill unit.
- Position the marinade tray under the grease drain opening.
- Placement: Place the assembled fajita grill on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface, away from flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Operating Instructions
- Preheat: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired setting. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is heating. Allow 5-10 minutes for the grill to reach the set temperature. The light will cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.
- Grilling:
- Lightly coat the non-stick grill surface with cooking oil if desired, though it is not strictly necessary due to the non-stick coating.
- Place food directly onto the hot grill surface. Cook according to recipe or until desired doneness is achieved.
- Excess grease will drain into the marinade tray.
- Using the Tortilla Warmer:
- Place tortillas into the tortilla warmer section.
- Cover with the glass lid to keep tortillas warm and pliable while the main ingredients are grilling.
- Adjusting Temperature: Use the adjustable temperature control knob to increase or decrease the heat as needed during cooking.
- Finishing: Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet. Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your fajita grill.
- Disconnect and Cool: Always unplug the grill and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove Components: Detach the temperature control probe. Remove the grill surface, tortilla warmer lid, and marinade tray from the base.

- Hand Washing: For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the non-stick coating.
- Base Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the red base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base or the temperature control probe in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
