1. Product Overview

2. Setup and Initial Settings
Before using your watch, it is important to set the correct time, date, and other basic preferences.
2.1 Setting the Time and Date
- In Timekeeping Mode, press and hold the ADJUST button until the seconds digits start to flash, indicating the setting screen.
- Press the MODE button to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Year → Month → Day.
- Use the SEARCH button to increase the flashing digit or the LIGHT button to decrease it (for time/date settings).
- Once all settings are correct, press the ADJUST button to exit the setting screen.
2.2 Selecting Day of the Week Language
Your watch supports multiple languages for the day of the week display.
- While in Timekeeping Mode, enter the setting screen as described in 2.1.
- Press the MODE button repeatedly until the language setting flashes (usually after day setting).
- Use the SEARCH button to cycle through available languages (e.g., ENG, ESP, FRA, DEU, ITA, etc.).
- Press the ADJUST button to confirm your selection and exit.
3. Operating Modes and Functions
The watch features several modes accessible via the MODE button.
3.1 Timekeeping Mode
This is the default mode, displaying the current time, day of the week, and date. You can switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats by pressing the 12/24H button.
3.2 Databank Mode
The databank allows you to store up to 30 sets of names and telephone numbers.
- To enter Databank Mode, press the MODE button until "DATA" appears on the display.
- To add a new entry: Press and hold ADJUST. Use SEARCH and LIGHT to input characters for the name, then press MODE to switch to number input. Press ADJUST to save.
- To view entries: Use SEARCH to scroll forward and LIGHT to scroll backward through stored data.
3.3 Alarm Mode
The watch features 5 independent daily alarms and an hourly time signal.
- To enter Alarm Mode, press the MODE button until "ALM" appears.
- Use SEARCH to cycle through alarms (AL1 to AL5) and the hourly time signal (SIG).
- To set an alarm: With the desired alarm selected, press and hold ADJUST. Use SEARCH and LIGHT to set the alarm time. Press ADJUST to save.
- To turn an alarm ON/OFF: In Alarm Mode, press LIGHT to toggle the selected alarm or hourly time signal.
3.4 Stopwatch Mode
Measure elapsed time with the 1/100-second stopwatch.
- To enter Stopwatch Mode, press the MODE button until "STW" appears.
- Press SEARCH to start/stop the stopwatch.
- Press LIGHT to reset the stopwatch to zero while it is stopped.
3.5 Countdown Timer Mode
Set a countdown from 1 minute up to 24 hours.
- To enter Countdown Timer Mode, press the MODE button until "TMR" appears.
- To set the timer: Press and hold ADJUST. Use SEARCH and LIGHT to set the desired countdown time. Press ADJUST to save.
- To start/stop the timer: Press SEARCH.
- To reset the timer: Press LIGHT while the timer is stopped.
3.6 Dual Time Mode
Display a second time zone simultaneously.
- To enter Dual Time Mode, press the MODE button until "DT" appears.
- To set the dual time: Press and hold ADJUST. Use SEARCH and LIGHT to set the hour and minute. Press ADJUST to save.
3.7 Illuminator (Backlight)
Press the LIGHT button to illuminate the display for easy viewing in low light conditions. The watch also features an "Auto Light On" function, which can be enabled or disabled by pressing and holding the LIGHT button in Timekeeping Mode.

4. Maintenance and Care

4.1 Water Resistance
