Setup and Assembly
Assembly requires two adults for ease and safety, particularly when attaching the bungee cord. An Allen key is supplied for assembly.
- Frame Assembly: Assemble the tubular steel frame according to the included instructions. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Mat Attachment: The trampoline mat is secured to the frame using a bungee cord. Carefully feed the bungee cord through the loops on the mat and around the frame. It is recommended to pre-adjust the net with cable ties if needed, then tighten the bungee cord gradually by making multiple passes around the frame until it is taut. Gloves are recommended to prevent chafing.
- Padded Cover Installation: Place the padded cover around the mat, ensuring it cushions the frame and covers the bungee cord. This enhances safety by preventing limbs from getting caught. The cover should fit snugly.
- Handle Attachment: The easy-grip handle screws into place. Ensure the black hand screws are at the bottom of the handle, near the mat, and the double-hole brackets are nearer the top. Securely fasten the handle.
- Legs and Rubber Feet: Ensure the legs are fully extended and the rubber feet are securely in place to provide stability.

Tip for Enhanced Safety: For additional padding around the metal frame, consider using pool noodles. Cut them to size and place them around the edges of the trampoline frame to cover any exposed metal, further enhancing safety and providing peace of mind during use.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: The mat is weatherproof and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Storage: For easy storage, the handle simply screws off, and the legs fold down. This allows the trampoline to be stored compactly under a bed or in a closet.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, screws, and the bungee cord for tightness and wear. Ensure the padded cover remains securely in place. Replace any worn or damaged parts immediately.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Trampoline feels unstable or tips during use. | Uneven surface; excessive leaning on handle; bungee cord not taut enough. | Ensure trampoline is on a flat surface. Place the trampoline against a wall for added stability if a child leans heavily on the handle. Check and tighten the bungee cord. |
| Bungee cord appears loose or provides insufficient bounce. | Bungee cord not properly tensioned during assembly or has stretched over time. | Re-tension the bungee cord by pulling it tighter around the frame. Ensure it is evenly distributed. |
| Difficulty folding for storage. | Handle not fully unscrewed; legs not properly aligned for folding. | Ensure the handle is completely unscrewed. Follow the folding instructions to align the legs correctly. |
