Installation Steps
- Turn off power: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse box that supplies power to the light fixture location and turn off the power. Verify power is off using a voltage tester.
- Prepare mounting surface: Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound.
- Attach mounting plate: Secure the mounting plate to the junction box using the provided screws. Ensure the plate is level.
- Make electrical connections:
- Connect the fixture's black wire to the house's black (hot) wire.
- Connect the fixture's white wire to the house's white (neutral) wire.
- Connect the fixture's ground wire to the house's ground wire (or ground screw on the mounting plate).
- Secure all connections with wire nuts and electrical tape.
- Mount the fixture: Carefully align the fixture with the mounting plate and secure it with the provided screws.
- Install bulb: Insert one A19 shape incandescent bulb (not included) into the E26 medium base socket. Do not exceed 60 watts.
- Restore power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker or fuse box.

Operating Instructions
Once installed, the Trans Globe Lighting Wentworth Collection Outdoor Wall Lantern operates like any standard outdoor light fixture. It is designed for use with a wall switch or a compatible outdoor lighting control system.
- Turning On/Off: Use the connected wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Dimmable Feature: This fixture is dimmable. If connected to a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately), you can adjust the brightness of the light. Ensure the bulb used is also dimmable.

- Unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new A19 shape incandescent bulb (max 60 watts) with an E26 medium base.
