Setup and Preparation

1. Ensure the vehicle's engine is off and cool.

4. Hold the can upright and open the valve on the charging hose to allow the oil charge to flow into the system.
5. Gently shake the can periodically during the charging process to ensure all contents are dispensed.
6. Monitor the pressure gauge on the charging hose. Do not overcharge the system. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for correct low-side pressure specifications.
7. Once the can is empty, close the valve on the charging hose and disconnect it from the vehicle's low-pressure service port.
8. Allow the A/C system to run for a few minutes to circulate the new lubricant.

Maintenance

This product is a single-use item. Once opened and used, dispose of the empty can according to local regulations for pressurized containers. Store unused cans in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Troubleshooting

Product Not Dispensing

• Check Hose Connection: Ensure the charging hose is securely attached to both the can and the vehicle's low-pressure port. A loose connection can prevent proper flow.
• Valve Operation: Verify that the valve on the charging hose is fully open.
• Can Orientation: Ensure the can is held upright during the dispensing process.
• System Pressure: If the A/C system's pressure is too high, the can's contents may not be able to enter. Consult a professional if you suspect high system pressure.
• Can Integrity: In rare cases, a can may be defective. If the can feels full but no contents dispense after verifying all other steps, the product may be faulty.

A/C System Still Not Cooling Properly

• This product adds lubricant and a small amount of R134a. If your system has a significant refrigerant leak or other mechanical issues (e.g., compressor failure), adding oil alone will not resolve the problem.
