Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the Workmate WM125 is required. Please ensure you have the following tools and take all necessary safety precautions before beginning:
- Hammer
- Flat-blade screwdriver
- Phillips-head screwdriver (recommended for bolts with Phillips pattern)
- Included nut driver
Step 1: Assemble the Leg Frames
Identify pieces L and R (the main leg frames). Secure the cross-braces (part Z) to the legs using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are tightened securely to prevent movement during use.

Step 2: Attach the Vise Mechanism
Position the main vise mechanism (part N) and the handle assembly (part K with part L) onto the leg frames. Align the holes and insert the pins, securing them with a hammer. It is recommended to perform this step on a protected surface to avoid damage to flooring.

Step 3: Install the Sliding Blocks and Wooden Jaws
Insert the sliding blocks into the vise mechanism. The front block has a piece that fits into a hole, and the back block fits into part N. Then, place the wooden jaws (part X) onto the sliding blocks, ensuring the recessed areas align with the bolts. Tighten all bolts securely using the nut driver.
