Important Safeguards

Setup

Operating Instructions

Opening Cans:

  1. Plug the can opener into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Lift the cutting lever.
  3. Position the can so that the rim is under the guide wheel and the cutting blade is inside the rim.
  4. Press down firmly on the cutting lever until the cutting blade pierces the can lid and the motor starts. The can opener will hold the can in place.
  5. Allow the can opener to operate automatically until the can is fully opened. The motor will stop automatically once the can is open.
  6. Lift the cutting lever to release the can. The magnet will hold the lid.
  7. Carefully remove the can and dispose of the lid.

Using the Knife Sharpener:

The knife sharpener is located on the back of the can opener.

  1. Hold the knife with the cutting edge facing up.
  2. Insert the knife blade into the sharpening slot, ensuring the blade is centered.
  3. With moderate downward pressure, draw the knife blade through the slot towards you. Repeat this motion several times, alternating sides if necessary, until the desired sharpness is achieved.
  4. Always clean the knife blade thoroughly after sharpening to remove any metal particles.

Care and Cleaning
