Staple Selection Guide
This tool works best with genuine Arrow T50 Staples. Selecting the correct staple size is crucial for effective fastening and to prevent damage to materials or the tool. T50 staples are available in various lengths to suit different material thicknesses and hardness.

Figure 8: Guide for selecting the appropriate T50 staple size.
Available T50 Staple Sizes:
- 1/4-Inch (6mm) - #504
- 5/16-Inch (8mm) - #505
- 3/8-Inch (10mm) - #506
- 1/2-Inch (12mm) - #508
- 9/16-Inch - #509 (Note: #509 is mentioned in product description but not in the image chart, so I'll add it with a note.)
Pro Tip: When in doubt, buy the size you think you need, plus the next shorter size to ensure optimal fastening for your project.
Maintenance
The Arrow T50 features a jam-resistant mechanism. However, to ensure smooth operation and longevity, it is recommended to periodically clean the staple channel. Remove the staple pusher rod and clear any debris or broken staples from the channel.
Store the stapler in a dry environment to prevent corrosion, especially given its chromed-steel construction. No lubrication is typically required for this manual stapler.
Troubleshooting
