3. Programming Your Keypad

To program your personal 4-digit security code and synchronize the keypad with your garage door opener:

  1. Locate the "Learn" button on your garage door opener motor unit. This button will be ORANGE.
  2. Press and immediately release the "Learn" button. The learn indicator light will glow steadily for 30 seconds.
  3. Within 30 seconds, enter your desired 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) on the keypad.
  4. Press and hold the ENTER button on the keypad until the garage door opener lights flash or two clicks are heard. This indicates successful programming.
  5. Release the ENTER button.
  6. Test the keypad by entering your 4-digit PIN and pressing ENTER. The garage door should activate.
