3. الإعداد
3.1 فك التعبئة

3.2 Assembly for Mincing

- Insert the mincing head into the motor unit opening, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
- Insert the blade onto the mincing head shaft, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards.
- Place the desired mincing grid (fine, medium, or coarse) over the blade.
- Secure all parts by screwing the locking ring clockwise until tight.
- Place the feeding tray on top of the mincing head.

4. تعليمات التشغيل
4.1 التشغيل العام
- Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled for your desired function.

- Place a bowl or container under the output of the mincing head.
- Turn the appliance ON using the power button.
- Feed food into the feeding tray and gently push it down using the food pusher. Never use your hands.
- After use, turn the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.

4.2.1 Meat Mincing
- Prepare meat by cutting it into pieces that fit the feeding tray opening. Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
- Assemble the mincing head with the desired mincing grid and blade.
- Turn on the appliance and feed the meat into the tray using the food pusher.
4.2.2 Vegetable Slicing/Grating
- Attach the appropriate grating or slicing barrel to the mincing head.
- Feed vegetables, cheese, or chocolate into the tray.
- Use the food pusher to guide the food through the barrel.
4.2.3 Kibbeh and Sausage Making
- Assemble the mincing head with the specific kibbeh or sausage attachment.
- Follow the instructions provided with the attachments for preparing the mixture and forming.

In case of blockage, the reverse function can be used to clear the mincing head. To activate the reverse function:

5. الصيانة والتنظيف
