With the Voice Memos app 
and iCloud, your audio recordings appear and are kept up to date automatically on all your devices (where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID and Voice Memos is turned on in iCloud settings or preferences).
Go to Settings 
> [your name] > iCloud, then turn on Voice Memos.
