  1. The disc will not stay in position how do I keep it to state

Iantha Jones asks The disc will not stay in position how do I keep it to state
    Manuals+ clarified question
    Question

How do I keep the dash camera mount in position on the windshield?

    Answer

Based on the apeman C580 manual, the device uses a 3M Adhesive Mount to stay in position. If your mount is not staying attached to the windshield, please follow these installation steps:

    • Clean the Surface: Thoroughly clean the front windshield with alcohol or a professional glass cleaner to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
    • Check the Adhesive: Ensure you are using the provided 3M sticker. If the adhesive has lost its tackiness, it may need to be replaced.
    • Apply Pressure: When installing, press the 3M adhesive mount firmly against the clean glass and hold for several seconds to ensure a strong bond.
    • Adjust the Angle: Connect the tachograph chute to the mount and adjust it to the appropriate angle only after the mount is securely fixed.

If your specific model uses a suction cup instead of the 3M adhesive (as mentioned in some translated sections of the manual), ensure you clean the suction cup and the windshield completely, then press the suction cup buckle to lock it into place.
