Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, then try pairing again.
Ensure you are within 3 feet of SoundCore. If the problem persists, remove SoundCore from your device’s Bluetooth history and try again.

Anker doesn’t provide a weatherization rating, so I wouldn’t leave this speaker exposed to the elements or use it too close to the edge of a pool.
It’s loud enough to fill a small room, but will struggle to be heard on a noisy beach or street. This is to be expected from such a compact speaker with stellar battery life but it’s a trade-off nonetheless. Those who want 360-degree audio, waterproofing, and better sound should look at the UE Wonder boom.
Featuring a customized 3′ Runtrack Speaker driver with BassUp™ technology, it delivers a wide range of high-quality audio frequency at 10 watts. The Icon connects to devices via Bluetooth 5.0 and provides 12 hours of playtime on a single charge.
Compatibility: Bluetooth; works with all Mac’s, iPad’s, iPhone’s and iPods that have Bluetooth. This means in practice all Mac’s, iPads and iPhones and all iPod touches.
Anker SoundCore 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Better Bass, 24-Hour Playtime, 66ft Bluetooth Range, IPX5 Water Resistance & Built-in Mic, Dual-Driver Wireless Speaker (Red)
The Soundcore app is available on iOS and Android devices.
The SoundCore will take about 3 hours to charge with a 2 amp charger (like a tablet charger or Anker wall charger) or about 6-8 hours with a phone charger or laptop USB port. When the LED turns white it will have finished charging.
Your Bluetooth device may be out of range for connection. To solve this remove any obstacles between the speaker and your device, move as close as possible, and try to connect.

I am trying to connect this device to my Playstation 3, but it asks for a passkey. There is no passkey i am aware of and I had this for a long time so I do not have the original box. Not even the online manual had a passkey for Playstation devices.
Default passkeys for SoundCore devices are usually either 0000 or 8888
I recently purchased an Anker Sound Core 2 with the built-in mic. I hope to use the speaker as a sound output only. We use the speaker for Skype and the other end only hears themselves due to the feedback from the mic being right next to the sound speaker. Is there a way to turn off the build-in mic?
Is the aux connector truly stereo? I have tried four or five different cables which I *KNOW* are three-conductor (TRS) cables, yet the audio that comes through is always monaural, both channel playing through both speakers.
Dead doesn’t want to be charged, why huh?
Mati tidak mau dicharger kenapa ya
I have two soundcare A3102 speakers, and I have tried to connect them together, but it was impossible. Is there any configuration to be able to do it? Or only the Soundcare 2 can be connected to each other?
Tengo dos parlantes soundcare A3102, y he tratado de conectarlos entre sí, pero me ha sido imposible. Existe alguna configuración para poder hacerlo? O solo los Soundcare 2 se pueden conectar ente sí?
