Connect Non-USB-C Fixtures via the amaran USB-C to DC 20V Trigger Cable (300cm) (Sold Separately)
Cable Specifications:
- Maximum Output Power: 100W
- Maximum Output Voltage: 20V (dependent on the power source)
- Maximum Output Current: 5A
- Input Connector: USB-C
- Output Connector: 5525 Locking DC Connector (Outer Diameter: 5.5mm / Inner Diameter: 2.5mm)
Usage Instructions
Insert the USB-C end of the trigger cable into the C1 or C2 port on the Amarann Peak. Insert the DC end into the DC power port of the target fixture and tighten the locking nut to secure the connection.
Notes:
- The actual output voltage depends on the connected power source. For example, if the power source outputs a maximum of 15\/, the DC end will output 15V accordingly.
- Before use, ensure that the target fixture supports the output voltage.
- If the fixture’s maximum input voltage is lower than the output voltage of the trigger cable, it may cause damage.
- When the product is charging via USB-C (5V/9V/12V/15V=3A, 20V/28V=5A), it can simultaneously charge a device through the USB-A port (5V/9V=3A, 12V=2.5A).
Display Logic
- Long-press the button to power ON/OFF.
- Double-press the button to activate Low Current Mode (the indicator will flash).* Double-click again to exit Low Current Mode.
- The Low Current Mode will automatically exit after 2 hours of standby.
Note:
Under normal conditions, when the output current drops below approximately 60mA ±30mA, the device shuts off automatically. This is not suitable for charging low-power devices like smartwatches or wireless earbuds.
After activating Low Current Mode, charging of such devices continues. The mode will exit either by double-clicking the button again or automatically after 2 hours without a load
