Carefully remove the blood pressure monitor from its packaging. Ensure all components are present: the main unit and a Type-C charging cable.

The monitor includes a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, or when the battery indicator shows low power, charge the device using the provided Type-C cable.

2. መለኪያ መውሰድ

1. Slide your bare upper arm into the barrel-type cuff.
2. Rest your elbow on the built-in elbow pressure switch. This helps ensure proper arm placement and contact.

4. Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete and the readings are displayed.

3. Understanding Readings

Once the measurement is complete, your systolic blood pressure (SYS), diastolic blood pressure (DIA), and pulse rate (PUL) will be displayed on the large LCD screen. The 3-color backlight provides a quick visual reference:

4. Memory Function (2 Users, 2x99 Memory)

The device can store up to 99 readings for each of two users (User A and User B). This allows for tracking individual progress and prevents mixing up measurements.
