The Einhell GC-SC is delivered partially assembled. Follow these steps to prepare your tool for use:

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your scarifier/dethatcher:
- Working Depth Adjustment: The machine features a 3-position depth adjustment. Use the lever on the side of the unit to select the desired working depth. For initial use or light dethatching, start with a shallower setting. For deeper scarifying, select a deeper setting. A transport setting is also available to prevent blade damage when moving the unit over hard surfaces.

- ማሽኑን ማስጀመር; Press and hold the safety button, then pull the bail handle towards the handlebar. The motor will start. Release the safety button but continue to hold the bail handle during operation.
- ማሽኑን ማቆም; Release the bail handle. The motor will stop automatically.
- Scarifying/Dethatching Technique: Push the machine forward at a steady, moderate pace. Avoid pushing too fast, as this can reduce effectiveness and strain the motor. Overlap each pass slightly to ensure complete coverage. For best results, scarify your lawn when the soil is slightly moist, not waterlogged or completely dry.

6. ጥገና
