Cautions
- Children are forbidden to play the recorder alone, and do not fall and collide with hard objects, otherwise it may cause data loss or other hardware damage of the recorder.
- It is recommended not to use this recorder when driving a motor vehicle or riding a bicycle. Please ensure driving safety.
- Please back up the important files in the recorder in time. No one can guarantee the absolute security of the data. If data loss occurs, the files will be difficult to recover.
- It is forbidden to use overload charger or bend the charging cable in case of causing fire. And do not pull out the charger with wet hands to prevent electric shock.
- Please understand that the performance and function of this product may be changed without further notice.
- Do not put the device into water or other liquids. Do not clean the recorder with chemical reagents or cleaning reagents, which will damage the shell of the recorder and corrode it.
- This product uses a built-in lithium battery. It is forbidden to disassemble it by yourself, Batteries shall not be exposed to conditions such as sunlight, fire or similar overheating.
- If use in a location affected by magnetic/electromagnetic fields, radio waves, or high voltage, this product may not work properly.
- If the actual setting and usage of this product are inconsistent with this manual due to the firmware program upgrade, please contact the local dealer.

Warm Tips
If the product has not used for a long time, please charge and discharge the product once every 3 months.
Product introduction
Definition: Short press lasts 1s, long press lasts 3s.
- One key to record/ save

- Volume “-”: Short press to decrease volume.

Play/Pause: Short press to play/pause.
- Menu key “M”: Short press to switch between playing recordings/music files.
Indicator light
- Record: Red light flashes 3 times, then goes out.
- Playback: Blue light flashes.
- Standby: Blue light keeps on.
- Charge: The red light is flashing when charging (The blue light is always on when fully charged.)
- Low battery: The red light flashesquickly for about 10 seconds before automatically turn off.
Turn on
- With the device turn off without headphones, move up the“Power” button, then your device is turned on and starts to record. (The indicator light turns to red from purple, then red light flashes 3 times and goes out.)
Turn off
With the device turn on or in playback mode, move down the “Power” button to save the recording file and turn off your device. (Purple light flashes once and goes out then.)
Record
With your device turn off without headphones, move up “Power” button to turn on your device and start to record.(The indicator light turns to red from purple, then it flashes 3 times and goes out.)
Note: It’s suggested to keep a good distance of at least 30cm between the microphone on your device and your speech to avoid recording much more noises.
Save files
- Without earphones plugged in your device, toggle the switch to the “OFF”,(the purple light flashes once and turns off )to save the file and turn it off.
- In the recording state,insert the headset to automatically save the current recording file and play it.
- Recordings are automatically saved as one file for 2 hour to avoid losing files that are too large.
- When the battery is low power,the current recording file will be automatically saved before power off .
Play
- In the turn off state, first plug in the earphone, then push up the “Power” button, the device will be turn on and play the current recording file automatically.(Blue light flashing)
- Plug in the USB cable to connect with your computer and play it with your computer.
- Short press “Play” button to play/pause,long press “Play” button to switch to play the recording/music files(This function is only available with wire control)

- Short press “+” button to increase the volume, and press “-” button to decrease.(This function is only available with wire control)
Time settings/ Record sensitivity/Voice Activated mode/ Record bitrate
- With the device turn off, plug the USB date cable into the USB interface on the device and plug the other end into one of the USB ports on your computer, a “USB DISK” mark will pop up after a few seconds.
- Double click “USB DISK” to select “MRECSET.txt” and open it (as picture)
Time represents date and time settings: Numbers from left to right represent (year, month, day, hour, minute, second), and 14 digits must be retained when setting.
- Gain indicates adjustment of recording sensitivity: 0-7 can adjust the recording sensitivity, and the higher the number, the louder the recording sound.
- Vor represents voice control settings: 0-10 adjustable, 0 to turn off voice control, 0-10 to turn on voice control. The smaller the number, the larger the recording sound that needs to be activated. The larger the number, the smaller the recording sound that needs to be activated.
- BIT represents setting the recording bit rate. (0 represents 32kbps, 1 represents 64kbps, 2 represents 128kbps, 3 represents 256kbps, 4 represents 384kbps, 5 represents 512kbps, 6 represents 768kbps, 7 represents 1024kbps, 8 represents 1536kbps, 9 represents 3072kbps)
- Part indicates recording segmentation: adjustable from 0 to 120 minutes, 0 indicates off default for 2 hours.
- Noise reduction represents the noise reduction setting, where 0 is off and 1-7 is on for noise reduction. The smaller the number, the stronger the noise reduction.
Time tool synchronizes system time
- Under the state of power off, insert one end of the USB cable into the USB port of the machine and the other end into the USB port of the computer, after a few seconds the computer will be recognised and the “USB DISK” logo will pop up.
- Double click to open “USB DISK” and select the “Settime” folder. Double click to open it.
- Select “SetDigitRecorderTm.exe” in the folder and double-click to open it.
- At this point, a small window will appear. Click “SetTime” and the system will automatically pop up the computer synchronization time. Click “OK” to proceed.
- The time setting for the recording pen is complete. Please use the correct method to remove “USB DISK”.
Note: If the device is idle for a long time without charging, the system time will be automatically restored. Please reconnect the computer to synchronize the system time! (This set time can be used as a reference time for recording)
Connect to PC
- With the device switched off, plug the USB date cable into the USB interface on the device and plug the other end into one of the USB ports on your computer, a “USB DISK” mark will pop up after a few seconds.
- After connecting to the computer, the red light flashes and data can be transmitted.
Note
- Please remove the “USB DISK” correctly to avoid losing any data.
- Please reset your device and connect it to your computer again if the “USB DISK” mark doesn’t pop up.
Charging
Plug the USB date cable into the USB interface on the device and plug the other end into the USB port on your charger, the battery will be fully charged after about 2 hours. The red light is flashing when charging and the blue light is always on when fully charged.

General troubleshooting
Unable to starting up

Can’t record
