Product Overview
Set up the Camera
Step 1
Connect the camera to power with the included power cable and power adapter.
Step 2
Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network and have Bluetooth enabled.
Step 3
Scan the QR Code to download “Wiodo”APP.

Step 4
Open the “Wiodo” APP, enter your email and password to log in.
You can also log in using your Line or Facebook account.
If you do not have an account, please complete the account registration first, and then you can enter the APP.
Step 5
Click the “+” in the upper right corner of the APP to add a camera.Step 6
Please click on the discovered Bluetooth device.
Step 7
Click “Alter” to search and select your city.
After selecting your city, click “Next” to proceed to the next step.
Step 8
Select your Wi-Fi, and enter the Wi-Fi password, please make sure to enter it correctly, otherwise the connection will fail.Step 9
Please wait for about 1 minute until binding successful.
Step 10
Device added successfully. You can rename the device.
Mounting the camera
The camera can be placed on a table or a shelf, or can be mounted on a wall or ceiling. Choose a location and height that meets your viewing requirements and is within reach of a power outlet and is not too far away from the router.
Before installing, please make sure the camera has been added to the APP. Note: Please ensure that the camera maintains a minimum distance of 0.7ft/0.2m from any objects or walls to prevent infrared reflection, which could affect the performance of night vision.
Install on a wall
Cement Wall: Drill holes into the wall using the mounting template, insert expansion plastic tubes, then screw in screws to secure the mounting template.
Wooden Wall: Align the holes of the mounting template, screw in screws directly to secure it. Align the camera base with the mounting template’s clip, rotate to lock the camera in place.
Frequently Asked Questions
No network or offline status of the camera Check whether the power supply is working properly; Power off and restart the device to reconnect to the network (press the reset button for no less than 5 seconds or more); Weak signal coverage; Special places signal interference shielding. Why does it prompt to insert an SD card when viewing the alarm message Please insert the SD card, the alarm events will be saved on the SD card, and the alarm messages can be browsed normally in the APP. How does the camera store the video The camera supports F32 format, with a maximum capacity of 128G. After identifying the card, it will automatically record the video. After the storage is full, it will automatically overwrite the original video and record in a loop.
