  1. I bought it today but I couldn’t use it even one time.I don’t know why.
    I couldn’t pairing each other so I can listen only left one.Also right one doesn’t work and can’t turn on. Bought it just TODAY then why it’s already broken?
    How can i use it…..?

    1. I’m having same problem but with the Left one. The right one does fine, comes on, pairs, the left won’t come on. I’ve let them charge overnight, still nothing on the left. Wish I had never bought them.

  2. Seems to be a re-occurring problem for these models. Might right ear bud works fine but the left one cuts out or runs out of charge within minutes. I guess can’t expect too much for the price.

  3. having the same issue with mine. first pair right ear worked, left didn’t. returned them left works, right doesn’t. what a load of garbage. Bet we hear nothing from the company on them.

  4. yea me to one left works. whats going o with vivtar? i had the wire headphoesad one only works and breas so easyly what the hell vivtar..

  5. Im having the same issue. Is there a way to fix this, or is it just something you have to return and buy a new set? And is a vivitar representative gonna respond on this?

  6. It looks like we all are having the same problem. Mine was given to me as a gift and I don’t want them to feel they gave me a gift that doesn’t work. I would never recommend this product with the problems it has .

  7. Wish I had read y’alls comments before I purchased mine @Office Max…… Today!! I’m having the same issue, LEFT works, RIGHT one will ‘POWER ON / POWER OFF within 10 seconds. Can NOT FIND ANY HELP in the manual.

    Did anyone find the solution
