INSTALLATION TIME
With Tire Mounting and Balancing:
2-3 Hours

INSTRUCTIONS

Label each factory wheel/tire LF (left rear), RF (right rear), LR (left rear), and RR (right rear) before removing from vehicle. Remove the factory Ineos Grenadier TPMS sensors from the factory wheels using manufacturer’s recommended procedures. Each factory sensor is programmed from the Ineos factory and are position specific. Install new wheel/tire with factory sensor to the sensor’s factory position.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Install the Apex RPV Valve Stem on to wheel as shown with the supplied rubber seal on the inside of wheel.
2. Use a 14mm socket/wrench to install supplied valve stem nut. Torque nut to 12 inch-lbs.
3. Assemble the factory Ineos Grenadier TPMS sensor and stem with the AO Z-Bracket using the supplied ¾” spacer and factory valve stem nut. Apply a small drop of blue Loctite to the threads.
4. Install the TPMS sensor and AO Z-Bracket assembly onto the Apex Valve Stem using the supplied nut. Position the sensor against the wheel surface. Apply a small drop of Blue Loctite on threads. Torque nut to 25-45 inch-lbs.
5. To avoid damaging TPMS Sensor, make sure the wheel is positioned correctly on tire machine turntable using the manufacturer’s recommended specs and that proper tire mounting techniques are used.
