Maintenance
1. Water Resistance
The NORTH EDGE TANK 3 watch is 50M (5 Bar) water resistant. This means it is suitable for swimming and general water exposure. However, it is not suitable for shower baths, hot springs, or diving. Avoid pressing any buttons while the watch is submerged in water to prevent water ingress.

2. Battery Replacement
The watch uses a CR2430 battery. When the low battery warning sign appears on the display, it's time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
- Carefully open the back cover of the watch using a suitable tool.
- Remove the old CR2430 battery.
- Insert a new CR2430 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Securely close the back cover, ensuring the gasket is properly seated to maintain water resistance.

3. Cleaning
Wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the watch's finish or seals.
Troubleshooting
- Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the CR2430 battery.
- Watch functions are unresponsive: Try resetting the watch by pressing and holding all buttons simultaneously for a few seconds, or by temporarily removing and reinserting the battery.
- Inaccurate compass readings: Calibrate the compass as described in the operating instructions. Ensure you are away from strong magnetic fields.
- Water ingress: If water appears inside the watch, immediately stop using it and take it to a professional for inspection and repair to prevent further damage.
User Tips
- For accurate pedometer readings, ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist and not too loose.
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for prolonged periods, as this can affect battery life and display performance.
- Regularly clean the watch, especially after exposure to sweat or saltwater, to prevent corrosion and maintain its appearance.
