  • BMS Protection: The integrated BMS provides protection against:
    • Over-Charging
    • Overvoltage
    • Over-Current
    • Short Circuit
    • High-Temperature Cut-off
    • Low-Temperature Cut-off
  • Temperature Management: Operate and store the battery within the specified temperature ranges to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
    • Charging: 5°C to 45°C (41°F to 113°F)
    • Discharging: -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F)
    • Storage: -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F)
  • Voltage and Amperage: Note that voltage and amperage may vary by 1%~5% due to different temperature/humidity measurement methods and instruments.
  • Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the battery, especially during charging and discharging, to prevent heat buildup.
  • Connections: Always use appropriate M8 terminal bolts and ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated to prevent short circuits.

5. Setup and Installation

Proper setup is crucial for the performance and longevity of your LiFePO4 battery. Follow these guidelines for installation:

5.1. Single Battery Connection

Connect the battery to your controller/inverter system using the provided M8 terminal bolts. Ensure positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are correctly identified and connected. Refer to the diagram below for typical single battery setup with a solar panel and inverter.

5.2. Parallel and Series Connections

This battery supports parallel and series connections up to 4S4P, allowing for a maximum battery system of 51.2V 400Ah. This enables a maximum capacity of 1280 kWh for larger power needs.

  • Important: Before connecting batteries in series or parallel, check and ensure that the voltage difference between each battery is controlled within 0.1V.
  • For series connections, connect the positive terminal of one battery to the negative terminal of the next.
  • For parallel connections, connect positive terminals together and negative terminals together.
