  • Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the camera lens and screen. For stubborn smudges, a lens cleaning solution can be used sparingly. Do not use abrasive materials.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods. If not using the camera for a long time, charge the battery to about 50% before storing.
  • Waterproof Case: After each use in water, rinse the waterproof case with fresh water and allow it to air dry. Inspect the O-ring seal for any debris or damage and ensure it is clean before closing the case.
  • Storage: Store the camera in a dry, dust-free environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (-10°C to 45°C operating temperature).

Troubleshooting

  • Camera Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Try a different battery if available.
  • Recording Issues: Check if the MicroSD card is inserted correctly, has sufficient free space, and is formatted. Ensure the card is a U3 speed class for optimal performance.
  • WiFi Connectivity Problems: Make sure WiFi is enabled on the camera and your smartphone. Restart both devices and try connecting again. Ensure you have the correct 'SupCam Pro' app installed.
  • Remote Control Not Working: Check the remote control's battery. Ensure the camera's remote control function is enabled in settings and that the remote is within the 10-meter operating range.
  • Water Leakage in Case: Immediately remove the camera from the case. Inspect the O-ring seal for any damage, dirt, or improper seating. Ensure all latches are securely closed.

  • For best video quality, especially in 5K, use a high-speed (U3 or V30) MicroSD card from a reputable brand.
  • Experiment with different shooting modes like Time-lapse and Slow Motion to add creative flair to your videos.
  • When using the camera as a dashcam (Driving Mode), ensure loop recording is enabled to manage storage efficiently.
