- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge. If storing for extended periods, charge to about 50-60%.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the drone arms and store it in its original packaging or a protective case to prevent damage.
8. Troubleshooting
- Drone not connecting to remote/app: Ensure both drone and remote are powered on and fully charged. Re-pair the devices according to the App Instruction Manual. Check Wi-Fi connection on your mobile device.
- Drone drifting during flight: Perform a gyroscope calibration (refer to App Instruction Manual). Ensure you are flying in an area with good GPS signal.
- Poor camera quality: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure sufficient lighting. Check app settings for resolution and quality.
- Short flight time: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Flight time can be affected by aggressive flying, strong winds, and low temperatures.
- Obstacle avoidance not working: Ensure the obstacle avoidance feature is enabled. Fly in well-lit conditions as visual sensors may be less effective in low light.
9. User Tips
- Practice in Open Spaces: For beginners, start flying in large, open areas free from obstacles to get accustomed to the controls.
- Monitor Battery Life: Always keep an eye on the drone's battery level, especially when using intelligent flight modes or flying at a distance. Utilize the low-battery RTH feature.
- Check GPS Signal: Before initiating GPS-dependent functions like RTH or Waypoint Flight, ensure the drone has acquired a strong GPS signal (indicated by the GPS icon on the remote/app).
- Experiment with Camera Angles: Use the remote camera adjustment and dual camera feature to capture unique perspectives for your aerial photography.
- Learn Gesture Controls: Practice gesture photography for hands-free photo and video capture, which can be very convenient during solo flights.
