1. Product Overview
The Aibecy X11-1000A is an advanced omnidirectional desktop barcode scanner designed for efficient and precise scanning of both 1D and 2D barcodes. Featuring global exposure technology and ultra-fast scanning capabilities, it is ideal for various retail and commercial environments.

2. Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Scanner: Carefully remove the barcode scanner and its accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the package list are present.
- Connect to Power/Data: The scanner uses a USB TYPE-B interface. Connect the USB cable from the scanner to an available USB port on your computer or cash register system.
- Driver Installation (if necessary): In most cases, the scanner is plug-and-play and will be automatically recognized by your operating system. If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to install any necessary drivers.
- Placement: Place the scanner on a stable, flat surface in a convenient location for hands-free scanning.
The scanner is now ready for operation.
3. Operating Instructions
Scanning Modes
- Auto-sensing Mode: The scanner automatically detects a barcode placed within its scanning field and initiates scanning. This is the default and most common mode for hands-free operation.
- Continuous Scanning Mode: The scanner continuously emits its scanning light, ready to read any barcode that passes through its field. This mode can be configured via setting codes (refer to the included User Manual for details).
Scanning Barcodes
- Ensure the scanner is powered on and connected to your system.
- Position the barcode within the scanner's field of view. The scanner's wide scanning angles (±60° left-right, ±54° front-back, and a full 360° rotation) allow for flexible positioning.
- The scanner will emit a red light and a buzzer sound upon successful decoding. An LED indicator will also confirm a successful scan.
- The scanner supports a broad spectrum of 1D and 2D barcodes, including QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec Code, and various 1D formats. It can also read barcodes directly from mobile phone screens.

4. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the scanning window with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Cable Inspection: Periodically check the USB cable for any signs of wear, cuts, or damage. Replace if necessary to ensure reliable connection.
- Storage: When not in use, store the scanner in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
5. Troubleshooting
- Scanner not responding:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the scanner and the host device.
- Check if the host device's USB port is functioning correctly. Try a different USB port.
- Restart the host device.
- Verify that the scanner is receiving power (check for LED indicators).
- Unable to read barcodes:
- Ensure the barcode is clean, undamaged, and clearly printed.
- Adjust the distance and angle between the barcode and the scanner.
- Check if the barcode type is supported by the scanner (refer to Specifications).
- Clean the scanner's reading window for any obstructions or smudges.
- If specific barcode types are not scanning, you may need to enable them using the setting codes provided in the full user manual.
- No buzzer sound or LED indicator on successful scan:
- The buzzer and LED indicators might be disabled. Refer to the included User Manual for instructions on how to enable them using setting codes.
