3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Pre-installation Precautions
Important: All disassembly and installation processes require disconnecting power and taking precautions to protect original vehicle parts to avoid damage.
- The product power supply must not be connected directly to the motorcycle or electric car battery. Doing so will cause a short-circuit and prevent the product from powering on.
- Power Supply Connection Principle: The device should receive 12V power when the engine is started or in ACC state, and 0V when the engine is off. Use a multimeter to verify this.
- Before installing and connecting the power cord, use a multimeter to measure the voltage to ensure it meets the power supply connection principle for proper operation.
3.2 Finding the Power Source
Locate your motorcycle's power fuse box, typically near the front end or the battery. For electric vehicles, refer to the power adapter/adaptor.

3.3 Measuring Voltage
Prepare a multimeter to measure the 12V voltage before installation.

Measure the power supply of the fuse box to ensure it provides 12V when powered on (engine started or ACC state) and 0V when powered off.

3.4 Connecting the Power Cord
Take out the fuse and connect the positive pole of the power cord. Connect the GND wire to the negative terminal.

3.5 Mounting the Device and Accessories
The installation schematic below shows suitable positions for the main unit and accessories: crossbar, handlebar, or rearview mirror. The GPS line controller should be placed in a non-obstructed position (face up) for fast star search and accurate track recording.

3.6 Tire Pressure Sensor Installation (Optional)
If your model includes the optional tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), follow these steps for external sensor mounting:
- Screw the anti-theft hexagonal nut onto the valve thread of the tire first.
- Screw the sensor clockwise onto the valve thread of the tire.
- Use the clamp to tighten the anti-theft hexagonal nut counter-clockwise against the sensor to lock it securely.
Note: After installation, check for air leakage with soapy water.
