1. Safety Information

Disclaimer: This drone is intended for recreational use only. Illegal modification of drones/planes is prohibited. Please adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding drone usage in your country/area to ensure legal and safe operation.

Always ensure the drone is in good working condition before flight. Avoid flying in adverse weather conditions or near obstacles, people, or animals.

2. Package Contents

3. Setup

3.1 Unfolding the Drone

  1. Carefully remove the drone from its packaging.
  2. Unfold the drone arms until they click into place.

3.2 Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Insert the provided 3.7V 3000mAh body battery into the drone's battery compartment. Ensure it is securely latched.
  2. Insert 3 x AAA batteries into the remote control.
  3. Connect the drone battery to the USB charging cable and plug it into a suitable USB power source. Charging time is approximately 60 minutes.

3.3 Propeller and Protective Frame Installation

Attach the protective frames to each motor arm if desired for added safety, especially for beginners.

3.4 App Installation and Connection

Download the dedicated drone control application to your smartphone. The drone generates its own WiFi signal for image transmission. Connect your phone to the drone's WiFi network to enable app control and real-time video feed.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

  1. Press and hold the power button on the drone to turn it on. The LED lights will illuminate.
  2. Turn on the remote control.
  3. To power off, press and hold the power button on the drone until the lights turn off.

4.2 Basic Flight Controls (Remote Control)

The remote control operates with a left throttle configuration. Refer to the diagram below for control layout:

  • One-key Take-off/Landing: Press the designated button for automatic take-off or landing.
  • Ascent/Descent: Use the left joystick (throttle) to control altitude.
  • Left/Right Direction: Use the right joystick for lateral movement.
  • 360° Roll: Perform aerial stunts with a dedicated button or joystick combination.
  • Headless Mode: Simplifies flight by orienting the drone relative to the pilot, regardless of its actual front.
  • Speed Adjustment: Switch between different flight speeds (slow/fast).
  • Fine Direction Adjustment: Use trim buttons to correct drift.

4.3 Advanced Features (App Control)

Connect your smartphone to the drone's WiFi for access to advanced features:

  • Real-time Image Transmission: View live HD video feed from the drone's camera on your phone.
  • Photography/Video Recording: Capture 8K photos and videos directly from the app.
  • Dual Camera Switching: Switch between the front and bottom cameras.
  • Gesture Photography: Use specific hand gestures for automatic photo and video capture.
  • Trajectory Flight: Draw a flight path on your phone screen, and the drone will follow it automatically.
  • Optical Flow Positioning: Maintains stable hovering, making it easier for beginners to control.
  • Omnidirectional Obstacle Avoidance: The drone uses radar avoidance to detect and navigate around obstacles.
  • Beauty Filter & MV Production: Enhance your aerial footage with in-app editing features.
  • Intelligent Zoom: Utilize the 50x zoom feature for detailed shots.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone body and camera lenses. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
  • Propeller Inspection: Regularly check propellers for damage (cracks, bends). Replace damaged propellers immediately using the provided spare blades and screwdriver.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge. If not used for extended periods, charge the battery to about 50% capacity.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the drone and store it in the provided storage bag to protect it from dust and physical damage.

6. Troubleshooting

8. User Tips

  • For Beginners: Utilize the Optical Flow Positioning for stable hovering and the Headless Mode for easier orientation. The one-click takeoff and landing features are also great for getting started.
  • Maximize Flight Time: Avoid aggressive maneuvers and strong winds to conserve battery life.
  • Optimal Obstacle Avoidance: Ensure the drone's sensors are clean and unobstructed for the best performance of the omnidirectional obstacle avoidance system.
  • Creative Shots: Experiment with the adjustable camera angles (flat, oblique, overhead) and gesture photography for unique aerial photos and videos.
