- The device will automatically power on and the LCD screen will light up.

5.2. ANENG B05 Screwdriver Electric Pen Battery Installation
The B05 Screwdriver Electric Pen requires 3 LR41 button batteries.

- Rotate and open the top metal cap.
- Take out the old battery and spring in sequence.
- Replace with a new button battery. When loading, pay attention to the positive electrode of the battery facing down.
- Put back the spring in sequence and tighten the cap.
- Contact the pen tip and cap to conduct a self-test. A normal green light indicates correct installation.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1. ANENG BT175 Battery Tester Operation
The BT175 can detect multiple data points for 12V/24V batteries, including lifespan, internal resistance, voltage, discharge, power, and battery status.
- Turn the car off (key to off gear).
- Connect the alligator clips to the battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative).
- Enter the P1 state. Use the ▲/▼ keys to select the battery type (STD, AGM, GEL, EFB). Press OK/TEST to proceed.
- Enter the P2 state. Use the ▲/▼ keys to select the battery standard (CCA, IEC, SAE, EN, DIN, AH). Press OK/TEST to proceed.
- Enter the P3 state. Use the ▲/▼ keys to adjust the maximum discharge current of the battery under test. Press OK/TEST to proceed.
- Enter the measurement result state. Use the ▲/▼ keys to select and observe different result data (lifespan, internal resistance, voltage, discharge, power, status).

6.2. ANENG B05 Screwdriver Electric Pen Operation
The B05 offers several detection modes:
- Zero Live Wire Determination: Touch the top cap with your hand. Insert the pen tip into a socket. If the green light is on, it's the zero line. If both red and green lights are on, it's the firewire.

Figure 6.2: Zero live detection with B05 Screwdriver. - Non-Contact Voltage Sensing: Hold the pen and bring the tip near a live wire or electrical component. The green light will turn on if voltage is sensed without direct contact.

Figure 6.3: Non-contact voltage sensing with B05 Screwdriver. - Line Breaking Point Judgment: Check along a wire. Where the green light disappears indicates a line disconnection point.

Figure 6.4: Line breakpoint detection with B05 Screwdriver. - Electrical Switch Detection: Contact the electric pen to the contact rod. If the inner core of the wire is not damaged, the LED green light will light up. If it is off, the inner core of the wire has poor contact.
7. Maintenance
- Keep the devices clean and dry. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth if necessary. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Store the devices in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Regularly check the alligator clips and cables for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
- For the B05 Screwdriver, replace the LR41 button batteries when the indicator lights become dim or stop working.
8. Troubleshooting
- BT175: No display or device not powering on:
- Ensure the alligator clips are securely connected to the battery terminals. The device draws power from the battery. Check if the battery itself is completely dead (below 8V).
- BT175: Inaccurate readings or 'Bad Contact Alert':
- Clean the battery terminals and alligator clips to ensure good electrical contact. Ensure the clips are firmly attached. The device has a wire clip poor contact reminder feature.
- B05: Indicator lights not working:
- Check and replace the 3 LR41 button batteries as per the installation instructions in Section 5.2.
- B05: Inconsistent detection:
- Ensure proper contact with the top cap for zero live wire detection. For non-contact sensing, ensure the tip is close enough to the live source.
