1. Product Overview
The Zemismart Zigbee Smart Switch is an advanced wall-mounted switch designed for intelligent control of lighting and smart home scenes. It is available in two main configurations: a 4-gang light switch with 2 scene switches, and a 6-gang switch composed of two 3-gang switch modules. This device requires a neutral wire for installation and operates via the Zigbee protocol, necessitating a compatible Zigbee hub (such as Tuya Zigbee Hub or Smartthings hub) for smart functionality. It supports integration with popular voice assistants like Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit (with specific hub compatibility).

- Connect the Neutral wire to the 'Neutral' terminal (N) on the smart switch.
- Connect the Ground wire to the 'Ground' terminal on the smart switch.
- Connect the Load wires (to your lights) to the corresponding Load terminals (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6) on the smart switch.
- Carefully mount the smart switch into the wall box and secure it.
- Restore power at the circuit breaker.
3.3 Pairing with Tuya App and Zigbee Hub
The switch requires a Tuya Zigbee Hub to be found and controlled within the Tuya App.

- Ensure your Tuya Zigbee Hub is powered on and connected to your network.
- Open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life App on your smartphone.
- Navigate to the Zigbee control page within the app.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add a new sub-device. The switch should be detected and added to your hub.
- Once added, you can rename the switch and individual gangs for easier control.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Manual Control
The switch features a large panel frameless design with physical push buttons for quick and responsive feedback. Simply press the desired button to toggle the connected light or activate a scene.
4.2 Indicator Light
Each button on the switch has an independent indicator light. When the switch is "on", the indicator is off. When the switch is "off", the indicator is on. This clearly shows the switch position, especially useful at night.

4.3 APP Control
Once paired with your Zigbee hub and added to the Tuya Smart or Smart Life App, you can remotely control the switch from anywhere using your smartphone or tablet. This allows you to turn lights on/off, set schedules, and manage scenes even when you are away from home.
4.4 Voice Control
The smart switch supports voice control through Amazon Alexa and Google Home when integrated with your Tuya Zigbee Hub. You can use simple voice commands to turn your lights on or off.

For Apple HomeKit users, if you have a compatible Zemismart HomeKit Hub (T1 or M1), you can integrate the switch for Siri voice control and Home App management.

4.5 Scene Control
Utilize the Tuya App to create and manage intelligent scenes. You can link the smart switch with other smart devices to achieve one-click control of various scenarios in your home.

4.6 Timing Control
Set schedules and timers within the Tuya App to automate your lighting. For example, you can configure the switch to automatically turn off lights at night.

4.7 Group Control
For 6-gang switches, you can create multiple switch groups within the Tuya App to achieve one-click control over the lighting of an entire area or house.
4.8 Multi-Control Association
This feature allows you to control a single light using multiple smart switches. This is particularly useful for creating 2-way or 3-way switch setups without complex wiring, all managed within the Tuya App.
4.9 More Settings in Tuya App
The Tuya App offers additional functionalities for your smart switch, including:
- Countdown: Set a countdown timer for the switch to turn on or off.
- Switch log: View a history of when the switch was turned on or off.
- Relay Status: Configure the switch's state after a power outage (e.g., on, off, or last state).

5. Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Zemismart Zigbee Smart Switch, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the surface of the switch with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the device.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the Tuya Smart or Smart Life App for available firmware updates. Keeping your device's firmware up-to-date ensures you have the latest features and security enhancements.
- Environmental Conditions: Ensure the switch is installed in an indoor environment within the recommended temperature and humidity ranges. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity.
6. Troubleshooting
- Switch not responding:
- Check if the main power supply to the switch is on.
- Verify that the neutral wire is correctly connected.
- Ensure the Zigbee hub is powered on and connected to your network.

8. User Tips
- Hub is Essential: Remember that a Zigbee hub is absolutely required for any smart functionality (APP control, voice control, scene control). The switch cannot operate as a smart device without it.
- Neutral Wire Check: Before purchasing or installing, confirm that your existing wiring includes a neutral wire. This is a common requirement for many smart switches.
- Consider Your Ecosystem: If you plan to use Apple HomeKit, ensure you have a compatible Zemismart HomeKit Hub (T1 or M1) as the KES-606US-Z4+2 model is not compatible with the ZMHK-01 hub.
- Signal Extension: If your Zigbee central control is far away, installing a Zigbee switch in between can help extend the signal range.
- Explore App Features: Dive into the Tuya Smart or Smart Life App to discover and utilize features like Multi-Control Association, Countdown, Switch Log, and Relay Status for a truly customized smart home experience.
