- Fill the fuel tank (capacity 6.5L) slowly to prevent spills. Do not overfill.
For Diesel KOOP 195 Engine:
- Use clean diesel fuel.
- Fill the fuel tank (capacity 5.5L) slowly to prevent spills. Do not overfill.
4.3 Engine Oil Check
- Ensure the mower is on a level surface.
- Check the engine oil level using the dipstick.
- Add recommended engine oil (capacity 1.1L/1.65L depending on model) if the level is low. Do not overfill.
4.4 Remote Control Preparation
- Ensure the remote control's battery is charged. Use the charging socket if needed.
- The remote control is used for starting, stopping, lifting, and controlling movement.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Starting the Mower
- Ensure the mower is on a level surface and the area is clear.
- Turn on the power switch on the mower.
- For Gasoline models: Use the remote control to start (key start and hand recoil start options available).
- For Diesel models: Use the remote control to start (key start and hand recoil start options available).
- Allow the engine to warm up for a few moments.
5.2 Controlling Movement
- Use the remote control to move the mower forward, backward, and turn.
- The forward speed can be switched between high and low, ranging from 3-5 km/h.
- The track wheels provide excellent traction, allowing operation on various terrains and slopes up to 55° gradeability.
5.3 Adjusting Cutting Height
- The cutting height is adjustable by manual adjustment from 2-20cm.
- The lifting method for the cutting deck is remote control lift. Adjust as needed for desired grass length.
5.4 Mowing Operation
- Engage the mow clutch via the remote control to start the blades.
- Move the mower steadily across the area to be cut.
- The mower is suitable for a wide range of applications including garden lawns, orchards, wild grasslands, soccer fields, golf courses, and embankment slopes.
- The knife speed is 2500-3000r/min for efficient cutting.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your flail mower.
6.1 Engine Maintenance
- Check engine oil level before each use. Change oil according to engine manufacturer's recommendations.
- Clean or replace the air filter regularly, especially in dusty conditions.
- Inspect the spark plug (gasoline models) or fuel filter (diesel models) periodically and replace if necessary.
6.2 Blade Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the Y-shaped Alloy double-edge blades for sharpness and damage.
- Sharpen or replace dull/damaged blades to maintain cutting efficiency. Ensure the engine is off and spark plug disconnected before handling blades.
- The blades have undergone anti-rust treatment, but regular cleaning after use will further prevent corrosion.

6.3 Track Wheel and Chassis
- Clean debris from the track wheels after each use to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect tracks for wear and tear.
- Clean the mower chassis to prevent buildup of grass and dirt.
7. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Engine won't start | No fuel, low oil, spark plug issue, remote control battery low | Check fuel and oil levels. Inspect/replace spark plug. Charge remote control battery. |
| Mower not cutting effectively | Dull or damaged blades, cutting height too low/high, excessive grass density | Sharpen or replace blades. Adjust cutting height. Mow in smaller passes for dense grass. |
| Remote control unresponsive | Low battery, out of range, interference | Charge remote control battery. Move closer to the mower. Check for signal interference. |
| Mower loses power during operation | Low fuel, engine overheating, clogged air filter | Refuel. Allow engine to cool. Clean air filter. |
