Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Speaker does not power on. | Battery is low or depleted. Battery not installed correctly. | Charge the speaker fully. Ensure the battery is inserted with correct polarity. |
| No sound from speaker. | Volume is too low. Incorrect mode selected. Device not connected properly. | Increase volume. Switch to the correct input mode (Bluetooth, TF, USB, AUX). Re-pair Bluetooth or re-insert media. |
| Bluetooth pairing fails. | Speaker is not in pairing mode. Device is too far. Interference. | Ensure speaker is in Bluetooth mode and discoverable. Move device closer to speaker (within 10m). Turn off other Bluetooth devices. |
| FM Radio reception is poor. | Weak signal. Location interference. | Move the speaker to a different location. Extend the antenna (if applicable) or use a 3.5mm audio cable as an external antenna. |
| TF card/USB disk not recognized. | Incorrect file format. Corrupted media. Improper insertion. | Ensure audio files are in a supported format (e.g., MP3). Try a different TF card/USB disk. Re-insert the media correctly. |
User Tips
- For optimal sound quality, ensure the speaker is placed on a stable surface.
- When using the FM radio, try moving the speaker to different positions to find the best reception. Connecting a 3.5mm audio cable (even if not connected to an audio source) can sometimes improve FM signal reception by acting as an antenna.
- To extend battery life, avoid constantly playing at maximum volume.
- The digital keypad allows for quick navigation. In music playback modes, you can often type in the track number to jump directly to a song.
