    • Confirm your device is connected to the TV correctly via HDMI.
    • Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input.
  • Unable to boot up?
    • If the indicator light does not turn on and there is no TV output, check if the power supply is normal.
    • Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and providing 5V/2A.
  • TV has images but no sound?
    • Make sure your TV is not muted and the volume is not set too low.
  • Fail to connect to the network?
    • If using a wired connection, ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected.
    • If using Wi-Fi, make sure Wi-Fi is enabled, functional, and the TV Stick has a strong enough signal from your router.
  • Remote control failure?
    • Replace the remote control battery with a new one, ensuring correct polarity.
    • Make sure the remote control is within the effective range of the TV Stick.
    • Go to the Setting menu to unpair and re-pair the remote control if necessary.

9. User Tips

  • Power Adapter: The product does not include a power adapter. It requires a 5V/2A adapter for proper operation. Some TV's USB ports may not provide sufficient power, preventing the device from turning on normally.
  • Remote Control Issues: If the remote control is unresponsive, try restoring the factory settings of the TV Stick and then re-pairing the remote control.
