The integrated 500mAh rechargeable battery is designed for long life. To prolong battery health:
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- Charge the mouse when the battery indicator is low.
- Store the mouse in a cool, dry place if not used for an extended period.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your M348 mouse, please refer to the following common solutions:

- For 2.4G, try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port.
- For Bluetooth, try re-pairing the mouse with your device.
- For wired, ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected.
- Lag or intermittent connection:
- Ensure there are no strong interference sources (e.g., other wireless devices) nearby.
- Move the mouse closer to the receiver (for 2.4G) or your Bluetooth device.
- Ensure the mouse battery is not critically low.
- DPI adjustment not working:
- Ensure you are pressing the correct DPI Cycle button.
- If using custom software, verify settings are applied correctly.
7.1 User Tips
- Software for Customization: While the mouse is plug-and-play, advanced customization of DPI steps, button macros, and polling rate may require dedicated software. Please check the official OBAME website or contact customer support for information on available drivers or software.
