3.2. Control Board Wiring
The control board requires a 24VDCAC input. If purchased separately, it must be used with a transformer and cannot be directly connected to 100-250V AC. The board supports 12-24VDC motors.
Refer to the detailed wiring diagrams below for connecting the control board to your gate opener motors, power supply, and accessories such as loop detectors, photocells, and keypads.

Important Note on Compatibility:
- This PCB control board is designed to work optimally with our specific remote controls. It may not be compatible with other remote controls.
- The Linear Spiral 24V Straight Brush Arm is supported, but only fully works with our products. Functionality is not guaranteed, and warranty may be void if tested on non-Sarik products.
- If integrating with other automated systems, confirm compatibility with the seller beforehand due to technical complexities.

Control Board and Remote Control Compatibility
4. Operation
4.1. Keypad Activation and Sleep Mode
- The keypad enters sleep mode after 6 seconds of inactivity.
- To activate the keypad, press any button.
- All passwords are 4 digits long by default.
- To activate the keypad and control the system, enter your 4-digit password followed by either the '
*' or '#' button.
4.2. Programming Mode Overview
- If no command is received within 6 seconds in programming mode, the keypad will automatically exit.
- Incorrect operations during programming will cause the keypad to exit programming mode after a few seconds. Re-enter the master password to reactivate.
- Pressing '
*' or '#' confirms an instruction. The system checks for correctness. - Entering too many digits will result in a user error, and the system will automatically exit programming mode.
- When entering a password in working mode, the interval between each number entry must not exceed 6 seconds, or the system will ignore the input.
- Upon successful password verification, the corresponding RF code will be emitted for 3 seconds.
- When the keypad is in programming mode, its blue light will remain lit until it exits the mode.
- When a channel 1 or 2 password is entered, the keypad transmits an RF signal, and its green light illuminates.
4.3. Default Passwords
- Master Password: 0000
- Channel 1 Password: 1111
- Channel 2 Password: 2222

8888) then*. The keypad will sound a long beep. - For Channel 1, enter
01then*. For Channel 2, enter02then*. The keypad will sound several beeps (the number of beeps indicates how many passwords are currently set for that channel). - Enter your new control password (e.g.,
5555) then*. The keypad will sound a long beep followed by a short beep, confirming the new password has been saved. The keypad will then auto-exit programming mode.
Notes on Channel Passwords:
- Channel 1 can be programmed with up to 8 passwords.
- Channel 2 can be programmed with up to 3 passwords.
- If the red indicator flashes 5 times, it means the password already exists or the channel is full. If the channel is full and you enter a new password, the oldest password will be deleted and replaced.
How to Pair the Keypad with the Controller
Factory defaults mean Channel 1 corresponds to remote button 1, and Channel 2 to remote button 2.
- Enter the master password (e.g.,
8888) then*. The keypad will sound a long beep. - Enter
55then*. The keypad will sound a long beep. - Enter
01(for Channel 1) or02(for Channel 2) then#. The keypad will sound a long beep followed by a short beep, then transmit an RF signal for about 10 seconds. - Power on your gate opener. 5555) then#to operate the gate.
How to Operate the Keypad to Control the System
Once programmed, you can use the keypad to control your gate. For example, if Channel 1 password is 5555 and Channel 2 password is 6666:
- To control Channel 1: Enter
5555then#. - To control Channel 2: Enter
6666then#.
Anti-Spying Mode:
This keypad includes an anti-spying mode to protect your password. To use it, enter any numerical buttons (0-9) before your actual 4-digit password, then end with '#'. The keypad will automatically identify your correct password and activate the system.
Example: To activate with password 5555, you could enter 123456789098765555 then #.
5. Maintenance
5.1. Battery Life Checking
- Enter the master password (e.g.,
8888) then*. The keypad will sound a long beep. - Enter
89then#.
- A long beep indicates the battery has a serviceable life.
- A short beep accompanied by a lit red light means the battery needs to be charged or replaced.
5.2. Cleaning
Regularly wipe the keypad surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and grime. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the keypad.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1. Keypad Security Lock
- The keypad allows two incorrect password entries.
- If an incorrect password is entered for the third time, the buzzer will sound three beeps, the red indicator will stay on, and the keypad will be locked for approximately 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, the keypad will sound a beep, the red indicator will turn off, and the keypad will unlock automatically.
