  • Fuse Check: Replace the fuse with one of the same type if it is blown.
  • Power Cables: Always use the provided power cables. Do not attempt to directly insert original car plugs into the unit.

"No Signal" Displayed When Reversing

  • Camera Connection: Verify that the rear camera's video line is properly connected to the "CAMIN" port on the car radio.

Cannot Search FM Stations

  • Antenna Connection: Ensure the radio antenna is securely plugged in. Try re-inserting the antenna several times to ensure good contact.
  • Signal Strength: If the signal in your current location is weak, try moving to an area with better reception.
  • Antenna Condition: Check if the car's radio antenna is damaged or ineffective. Replace it if necessary.

Cannot Connect Bluetooth

  • Phone Settings: On your mobile phone, open Bluetooth settings, enable Bluetooth, and search for devices. Select the car radio's Bluetooth model to pair.
  • Test with Another Phone: Try pairing with a different mobile phone to rule out an issue with your primary device.
