The KERUI G70 is an advanced 4G/WiFi smart home security alarm system featuring a 7-inch IPS touch screen. It integrates with Tuya Smart/Smart Life APP and supports intelligent voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. This manual provides comprehensive instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your G70 alarm system to ensure optimal home security.

4. Setup Guide

4.1. Panel Connections and Power

**SIM Card Installation**: Open the back cover of the G70 panel. Locate the 4FF (Nano) SIM card slot and insert your SIM card.
**Siren Connection**: Plug the wired siren cable into the designated siren port on the back of the panel.
**Power Connection**: Connect the USB (Type-C) charging cable to the power port on the back of the panel and plug it into a power source.
**Backup Battery**: Ensure the built-in backup battery is switched ON.
**Placement**: Use the desktop stand for convenient placement or the wall bracket for installation.

4.2. App and Wi-Fi Setup

**Download Tuya Smart App**: Scan the QR code displayed on the panel's Wi-Fi Setup screen or search for "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" in your mobile device's app store. Ensure your app is updated to the newest version.
**Enable Bluetooth**: Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
**Connect to 2.4G Wi-Fi**: Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The alarm system requires an internet connection.
**Initiate Connection**: On the G70 panel, navigate to the "Main menu" -> "Wi-Fi Setup" and tap "Ready". Confirm the Wi-Fi reset if prompted.
**Automatic Device Discovery**: In the Tuya Smart App, tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon to scan for nearby devices. The app should automatically discover the "Smart Alarm Touch" device.
**Complete Connection**: Follow the in-app instructions to complete the connection process.

4.3. Adding Sensors and Remote Controls

The G70 panel supports adding up to 100 wireless defense areas and 10 remote controls.

**Access Accessories Menu**: From the main menu on the G70 panel, select "Accessories".
**Add Sensor**:
- Select "Sensors" and tap the "+" icon.
- The panel will display "ADDING A SENSOR OR A REMOTE TAG".
- Activate your sensor (e.g., trigger a PIR motion detector by waving your hand, or separate the magnetic contacts of a door/window sensor).
- The panel will detect the sensor. You can then edit its name, type (e.g., PIR, Door/Window), and mode (e.g., Home, Away). Tap "Enter" to save.
**Add Remote Control**:
- Select "Remote Tags" and tap the "+" icon.
- The panel will display "ADDING A SENSOR OR A REMOTE TAG".
- Press any button on your remote control.
- The panel will detect the remote. You can then edit its name. Tap "Enter" to save.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Arming and Disarming the System

**Arm**: Tap "Arm" on the panel or press the arm button on your remote control to fully arm the system.
**Disarm**: Tap "Disarm" on the panel or press the disarm button on your remote control to disarm the system.
**Stay Arm**: Tap "Stay Arm" on the panel or press the stay arm button on your remote control for partial arming (e.g., for night mode).
**SOS**: In case of emergency, press the SOS button on the panel or remote control to trigger an immediate alarm.

5.2. Voice Control Integration

The G70 system supports voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Ensure these services are enabled and linked through the Tuya Smart App (additional fees may apply).

**Arming**: "Alexa, please arm the alarm system."
**Disarming**: "Hey Google, disarm the security system." (Requires voice code setup in the respective app).

5.3. Adjusting Settings

You can adjust various settings directly on the G70 panel:

**Display Brightness**: Navigate to settings to adjust the screen brightness.
**Alarm Sound Volume**: Adjust the volume of the siren and panel alerts.
**Operation Prompt Volume**: Control the volume of voice prompts during system operation.

5.4. Alarm Notifications and Two-Way Communication

When an alarm is triggered, the system provides multiple notification methods:

**SMS Alerts**: Sends SMS messages to up to 5 configured phone numbers.
**Phone Calls**: Dials up to 5 configured phone numbers.
**Tuya App Push Notifications**: Sends instant alerts to your mobile device via the Tuya Smart App.
**Two-Way Conversation**: The panel supports two-way conversation, allowing you to communicate through the system.

6. Maintenance

**Battery Monitoring**: The system supports wireless sensor battery low voltage warnings. Replace sensor batteries promptly when notified to ensure continuous protection.
**Sensor Online/Offline Detection**: The panel features online detection for sensors. An alarm will be triggered if the panel fails to detect a sensor for more than 72 hours, indicating a potential issue or offline sensor. Regularly check sensor status via the panel or app.
**Software Updates**: Keep the Tuya Smart App updated to the newest version for optimal performance and security features.
**Cleaning**: Gently wipe the touch screen and device surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Panel not connecting to Wi-Fi.	Incorrect Wi-Fi password, 5GHz network, or Bluetooth off.	Ensure correct 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and password. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Reset Wi-Fi settings on the panel and retry.
Sensors not triggering alarm or not detected.	Sensor battery low/dead, sensor out of range, or not properly paired.	Check sensor battery status and replace if necessary. Ensure sensor is within range (up to 200m with FSK technology). Re-pair the sensor following the "Adding Sensors" instructions.
No alarm notifications (SMS/Call/App).	SIM card issues, incorrect phone/SMS settings, or app permissions.	Check SIM card balance and signal. Verify alarm phone/SMS settings in the panel. Ensure Tuya Smart App has notification permissions enabled on your phone.
Voice control not working.	Alexa/Google Assistant not linked or enabled in Tuya App.	Confirm Alexa/Google Assistant integration is enabled and linked within the Tuya Smart App. Ensure your voice assistant device is properly configured.
Keyboard locked due to incorrect password.	Too many incorrect password attempts.	Wait for 90 seconds for the keyboard to unlock before trying again. Ensure you are using the correct user password.

9. User Tips

**Customize Sensor Names**: For easier identification, customize the names of your sensors (e.g., "Front Door", "Living Room PIR") on the panel.
**Regular Testing**: Periodically test your sensors and the alarm system to ensure all components are functioning correctly.
**App Notifications**: Ensure your Tuya Smart/Smart Life app is configured to receive push notifications for immediate alerts.
**SIM Card Balance**: If using 4G/GSM features, regularly check your SIM card balance to ensure uninterrupted call and SMS services.
