5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the spot welder. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device's Type-C port and a compatible 5V/2.1A (MAX) power adapter. The device's display will indicate charging status. Avoid using chargers with higher voltage.
5.2 Power On/Off
To power on the device, press and hold the ON/OFF/Welding Power Level Switching Key for 2 seconds. To power off, repeat the same action.

5.3 Adjusting Welding Pin Spacing
The welding pin spacing can be adjusted between 0.5mm and 3mm to suit different welding needs. This is crucial for achieving optimal weld quality.
- Loosen the fixing screws on both sides of the welding pins using a 3mm outer diameter cross screwdriver.
- Carefully move the welding pins up or down to achieve the desired spacing.
- Tighten the fixing screws firmly to secure the pins in place.

5.4 Replacing Welding Pins

- Loosen the fixing screws on both sides of the welding pins.
- Remove the old soldering pin by pulling it along its direction.
- Insert a new soldering pin.

6.1 Selecting Welding Mode (Manual/Automatic)
