The TOMZN TOSVA-16LM is an advanced power strip designed to protect your electronic equipment from power fluctuations. It features adjustable over-voltage, under-voltage, and over-current protection, along with a power-on delay function. The device also provides real-time voltage and current display for monitoring.

2. Safety Information

  • Ensure the device is connected to a power source within the specified voltage range (140-300VAC).
  • Do not exceed the maximum loading power of 16A.
  • Avoid exposing the device to moisture or extreme temperatures.
  • Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself. Refer to qualified personnel for service.
  • Keep out of reach of children. The device features a 75N resistance for child safety.
  • Always ensure the plug is fully inserted into the wall socket.
  • The device is made of high-temperature flame-retardant PP material, rated for 750°C.

5. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the TOSVA-16LM protector from its packaging.
  2. Inspect: Check the device and its cable for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Placement: Place the power strip on a stable, dry surface, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  4. Connect to Power: Plug the EU plug of the TOSVA-16LM into a suitable wall socket. Ensure the wall socket provides power within the specified input voltage range (140-300VAC).
  5. Power-On Delay: Upon plugging in, the device will undergo a power-on delay (default 10 seconds) before supplying power to its outlets. The display will show the current status.
  6. Connect Devices: Plug your electronic devices into the AC outlets of the TOSVA-16LM. For models with USB/Type-C ports, connect compatible devices to these ports for charging.

6. Operating Instructions

The TOSVA-16LM features a digital display and control buttons for monitoring and adjusting protection parameters.

6.1. Panel Indicators and Keys

6.2. Screen Display Description

The digital display shows different codes and values depending on the protection status:

6.3. Parameter Settings

To adjust the protection parameters, follow these steps:

  1. Long press the SET key (6) for 3 seconds to enter the setting interface. The display will show parameter codes (A1, A2, etc.).
  2. Use the Adjustment Key + (7) and Adjustment Key - (8) to navigate through the parameters (A1-A15) and change their values.

    • A6: Under-voltage protection value (140-210V, Default 170V)
    • A7: Under-voltage recovery value (145-215V, Default 175V)
    • A8: Under-voltage recovery delay time (1-500s, Default 30s)
    • A9: Under-voltage protection action time (0.1-30s, Default 0.5s)
    • A10: Over-current protection value (1-16A, Default 16A)
    • A11: Over-current recovery delay time (1-500s, Default 30s)

  4. Saving Settings: During the setting process, it is not necessary to press the SET key after each change. Long press the SET key (6) to save all changes and exit the setting interface.
  5. Special Conditions:
    • If the over-voltage protection value is set to exceed 300V, the over-voltage protection function will be disabled.
    • If the under-voltage protection value is set lower than 140V, the under-voltage protection function will be disabled.

6.4. Fault Inquiry and Factory Reset

  • Fault Inquiry: Press the UP key (7) for more than 12 seconds to query the last fault recorded by the device.
  • Restore Factory Settings: Press the DOWN key (8) for more than 12 seconds to restore all parameters to their default factory settings.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Disconnect the device from the power source before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, disconnect it from power and store it in a cool, dry place.
  • Inspection: Periodically check the power cord and plug for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure all connections are secure.
  • No User-Serviceable Parts: The internal components are not user-serviceable. Do not attempt to open the casing.

8. Troubleshooting
