| Restore Factory Settings | Reset to default output settings. |
5.3. Welding Process
The TK-10B uses dual-pulse spot welding technology. This involves two pulses: the first cleans the oxidized layer on the weldment surface to reduce spark spatter, and the second performs the actual weld, ensuring consistent energy output and reliable joints. The device can weld nickel, iron, and steel sheets with a thickness of 0.1-0.25mm.

5.4. Power Bank Function
The TK-10B is equipped with a built-in USB 5V/3.1A output, allowing it to function as a power bank to charge mobile phones and other USB devices.

Figure 7: The TK-10B can also be used as a power bank.
6. Maintenance
- Welding Pen Care: The tips of the copper soldering pens are designed to be replaceable. Regularly inspect the tips for wear and tear. Replace them as needed to maintain optimal welding performance. This saves the cost of replacing the entire pen.
- Cleaning: Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting
- Device Shuts Off Automatically: The TK-10B features intelligent temperature control protection. If the system detects that the internal temperature exceeds 60°C, it will automatically stop charging the internal battery and turn off the spot welding function to prevent overheating. Allow the device to cool down before resuming operation.
- Poor Welding Performance: Ensure the welding pens are clean and the tips are not worn. Adjust the preheating, pulse, and interval settings for precise control. The device supports welding materials with a thickness of 0.1-0.25mm.
- No Power/Device Not Turning On: Check the battery level on the screen. If the battery is low, charge the device using the Type-C input.
- Multi-Safety Protection Reminder: The device includes warnings for over-temperature, low voltage, and short circuit. Pay attention to any on-screen alerts.
