4.1 Front Panel

5. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to connect your DVD player to your TV:

  1. Choose Your Connection Method:
    • HDMI (Recommended for HD quality): Use the included HDMI cable. Connect one end to the "HD Out" port on the DVD player and the other end to an available HDMI input on your TV.
    • AV (Standard Definition): Use the included AV cable. Connect the yellow plug to the "Video Output" (CVBS) on the DVD player and the yellow video input on your TV. Connect the red and white plugs to the "Right Channel Output" (MR) and "Left Channel Output" (ML) on the DVD player, respectively, and to the corresponding audio inputs on your TV.
  2. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the "DC 5V 1.2A" port on the back of the DVD player, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
  3. Power On: Press the Power button on the front panel or the remote control to turn on the DVD player.
  4. Select TV Input: On your TV, select the correct input source (e.g., HDMI 1, AV, Video 1) that corresponds to where you connected the DVD player.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Disc Playback

  1. Ensure the DVD player is powered on and connected to your TV.
  2. Press the "Open/Close" button to open the disc tray.
  3. Place a compatible disc (CD, DVD, VCD, SVCD, DVD+R, DVD-/+RW, CD-R/-RW) onto the disc tray with the label side facing up.
  4. Press the "Open/Close" button again to close the disc tray. The player will automatically begin reading the disc.
  5. Use the "Play/Pause", "Stop", and navigation buttons on the remote control or front panel to control playback.

Note: This player does NOT support Blu-ray discs or CPRM discs.

6.2 USB Media Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive (up to 16GB) into the USB port on the front panel.
  2. The player should automatically detect the USB drive and display a menu for selecting media types (Video, Music, Photo).
  3. Navigate through your files using the remote control and press "Play" or "Enter" to start playback.

Note: The player supports MP3, JPG, AVI, DIVX, MPG, MPEG4, VOB, JPEG, FLV formats. It does NOT support MP4 files via USB.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Unit: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the DVD player. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol sprays.
  • Cleaning Discs: Wipe discs gently from the center outwards with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid touching the playback surface.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, unplug the power adapter and store the unit in a cool, dry place.
  • Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation slots on the unit are not blocked to prevent overheating.
