Setup

  1. Charging the Console: Before first use, fully charge the console using the provided Type-C cable and a 5V&2A charger. Connect the cable to the DC/OTG interface. The 3000mAh battery provides 4-6 hours of continuous play.
  2. Inserting a TF Card: The console supports TF cards up to 256GB. Gently insert your MicroSD card into the TF card slot. This is where your games and system files will be stored.
  3. Powering On/Off: Slide the OFF/ON switch to the 'ON' position to power on the console. To power off, slide it to 'OFF'.
  4. Initial Setup: Upon first boot, you may need to select your preferred language. The console supports multiple languages.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Console won't turn on:
Ensure the console is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again. Check the OFF/ON switch is in the 'ON' position.
Games are not loading or running slowly:
Verify that the TF card is properly inserted and not corrupted. Some games may have compatibility issues due to CPU limitations, which is a normal phenomenon for open-source systems supporting many emulators. Try a different game or emulator.
No display on TV via HDMI:
Check that the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the console and the TV. Ensure your TV's input source is set to the correct HDMI port. Restart both the console and the TV.
Buttons or joysticks are unresponsive:
Power off the console and restart it. Ensure no debris is lodged around the buttons or joysticks. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
