  • Cleaning: Regularly clean dust from the motherboard and components using compressed air. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • Handling: Always handle the motherboard by its edges. Avoid touching sensitive components or pins.
  • Environmental Conditions: Operate the motherboard in a well-ventilated area, free from excessive dust, moisture, and extreme temperatures.

Note: This motherboard is a used/refurbished item. It may have minor surface scratches that do not affect its functionality. Do not attempt to refit or disassemble the product without authorization, as this will void any potential warranty or support.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your motherboard, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • No Power/No POST:
    1. Verify all power connections (24-pin ATX, 4-pin CPU) are securely seated.
    2. Ensure the CPU and RAM are correctly installed.
    3. Check if the power supply is functional.
    4. Remove all non-essential components (e.g., expansion cards, extra drives) and attempt to boot with only the CPU, one RAM stick, and the necessary power connections.
  • System Instability/Crashes:
    1. Check for overheating. Ensure the CPU cooler is properly installed and fans are working.
    2. Verify RAM modules are correctly seated and test them individually if possible.
    3. Ensure all drivers are up to date.
  • Peripheral Issues:
    1. Ensure cables are securely connected.
    2. Check device manager for driver conflicts or missing drivers.
    3. Test peripherals on another system if possible to rule out device failure.
