Setup and Installation
Mounting the Unit
Consider the following points before selecting where to install the inverter:
- Do not mount the inverter on flammable construction materials.
- Mount on a solid surface.
- Install this inverter at eye level in order to allow the LCD display to be read at all times.
- The ambient temperature should be between 0°C and 55°C to ensure optimal operation.
- The recommended installation position is to be adhered to the wall vertically.
- Be sure to keep other objects and surfaces as shown in the right diagram to guarantee sufficient heat dissipation and to have enough space for removing wires.
CAUTION: SUITABLE FOR MOUNTING ON CONCRETE OR OTHER NON-COMBUSTIBLE SURFACE ONLY.
PV Module Connection
When selecting proper PV modules, please be sure to consider below parameters:
- Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules not exceeds max. PV array open circuit voltage of inverter.
- Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules should be higher than min. battery voltage.

Battery Connection
The 11KP model supports a 48VDC system. Ensure correct polarity when connecting batteries.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your inverter. Always disconnect all power sources before performing any maintenance.
- Keep the inverter's ventilation openings clear of dust and debris to ensure proper airflow and heat dissipation.
- Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and signs of corrosion.
- Inspect the inverter for any visible damage or unusual noises.
- Ensure the operating environment remains within the specified temperature and humidity ranges.
Troubleshooting
This section provides basic troubleshooting steps for common issues. For more complex problems, contact qualified service personnel.
- No Power Output: Check the power on/off switch, battery connections, and AC input. Verify that the utility grid or generator is supplying power if applicable.
- Fault Indicator On: Refer to the LED Indicator Messages table in the Operating Instructions section to identify the type of fault or warning. Address the underlying issue (e.g., overload, over temperature).
- Battery Not Charging: Check solar panel connections, PV input voltage, and AC input. Ensure the charging current settings are appropriate for your battery type.
- Unusual Noises: If you hear abnormal sounds, immediately disconnect power and inspect the unit for loose components or internal damage.
