This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your BITCED MK321 Pro Wireless or MK321U Wired 3-key mini keyboard. These compact and customizable keyboards are designed to enhance productivity and gaming experience through programmable functions.
Note: The MK321U is a wired keyboard, while the MK321pro is a 3-mode wireless keyboard. Please refer to the specific instructions for your model.

3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Wired Connection (MK321U & MK321 Pro)
- Locate the USB Type-C port on the keyboard.
- Connect the provided USB cable to the keyboard's Type-C port.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into an available USB port on your computer or device.
- The keyboard should be recognized automatically by your system.

3.2 Wireless Connection (MK321 Pro Only)
- Ensure the keyboard is charged.
- Locate the power switch (OFF/ON) and the "CONNECT" button on the keyboard.
- Slide the power switch to the "ON" position.
- Press and hold the "CONNECT" button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. An indicator light may flash.
- On your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
- Select "MK321 Pro" (or similar name) from the list of available devices to pair.
- Once paired, the indicator light on the keyboard will stop flashing and remain solid.

3.3 Key Definition Setting Software
- The product provides key definition setting software based on the Windows operating system.
- To customize key functions (Keyboard, Mouse, Multimedia, Character String, Game, Macro Definition), you must use a Windows computer for the initial setup.
- After setting up the key definitions on a Windows system, the customized functions will be stored in the keyboard's memory and can be used on various other compatible systems (Linux, Mac, Android, iOS) without needing the software again.
- For Linux or Mac users, you need to set up the key definitions on a Windows computer first, then plug the keyboard into your Linux/Mac device to use it.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Operation
Once connected and configured, the 3 keys will perform their assigned functions. These can include:
- Single key presses (e.g., Ctrl+C, Enter, Space).
- Mouse clicks or movements.
- Multimedia controls (e.g., Play/Pause, Volume Up/Down).
- Inputting character strings.
- Executing game-specific commands.
- Complex macro sequences.
4.2 Customizing Key Functions
To change the function of any of the 3 keys:
- Connect the keyboard to a Windows computer.
- Download and install the key definition setting software (usually provided by the manufacturer or available on their website).
- Open the software.
- Select the key you wish to program.
- Choose the desired function (e.g., Keyboard, Mouse, Multimedia, Macro).
- Save the settings to the keyboard. The new settings will be stored onboard.

6. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding (Wired):

- Keyboard not responding (Wireless - MK321 Pro):
- Ensure the keyboard is powered on (switch to "ON").
- Check if the battery is charged. Connect via USB to charge if needed.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Re-enter pairing mode by pressing the "CONNECT" button and re-pair with your device.
- Try restarting both the keyboard (power cycle) and your device.
- Customized functions not working:
- Verify that the key definitions were successfully saved using the Windows software.
- If using on Linux/Mac, remember that customization must be done on a Windows PC first.
- Ensure the software is up-to-date.
- Keys feel sticky or unresponsive:
