5. Maintenance and Care

5.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the exterior of the Power Box with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the casing or screen. Ensure no liquids enter the device.

5.2 Storage

Store the Power Box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The recommended storage conditions are between -20°C and 80°C with relative humidity below 80%. Avoid storing in environments with high moisture or corrosive gases.

5.3 Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid completely discharging the battery frequently.
  • If storing the device for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50-70% capacity every few months.
  • Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or puncture it.

5.4 Cooling System

The intelligent active heat dissipation system automatically activates the internal fan (up to 1000r/min) when the output power is high to maintain optimal operating temperature. Ensure the ventilation grilles are not obstructed during operation.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 "Out of Current Range" Warning

If an "Out of Current Range" warning appears on the screen, it indicates that the device is attempting to draw more current than the maximum allowed (5A). The Power Box will automatically limit the output to prevent damage. Reduce the load or adjust the voltage/current settings to resolve this.

6.2 Device Not Powering On

  • Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a 45W PD charger and try again.
  • Verify that you are long-pressing the 'ON/OFF Function Switch' button.

6.3 Unstable Output

  • Check all connections to ensure they are secure and properly seated.
  • Ensure the device is operating within its specified temperature range (0°C~40°C).
  • If the issue persists, contact customer support.
