This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your Zbtlink 4G SIM Card WiFi Router. This device is designed to provide reliable wireless and wired network connectivity using a 4G SIM card or a traditional WAN connection. It supports various applications from home use to office networking and videoconferencing.
Two main models are covered:
- WE5927-A: Offers up to 300Mbps wireless speed on 2.4GHz, suitable for up to 32 users.
- WE5931AC-A: Offers up to 1200Mbps wireless speed on 2.4GHz and 5GHz, suitable for up to 64 users, and runs OpenWrt firmware.



2. Setup Guide
2.1 Package Contents
Before you begin, ensure all items are present in the package:
- Zbtlink 4G SIM Card WiFi Router (WE5927-A or WE5931AC-A)
- Power Adapter (DC 12V 1A)
- Ethernet Cable (optional, may vary by package)
- User Manual (this document)

2.2 Hardware Installation
Insert SIM Card: Locate the SIM card slot on the rear panel of the router. Insert a standard SIM card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the SIM card is correctly oriented.

Antenna Setup: The router features 4 non-detachable 5dBi high-gain omnidirectional antennas. Adjust them for optimal signal reception.

You can connect to the router via Wi-Fi using the default SSID and password (usually found on a sticker on the router or in the quick start guide), or via an Ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports.
2.3 LED Indicators
The front panel of the router features several LED indicators to show its status:
- Power: Indicates power status.
- 2.4G / 5G (WE5931AC-A only): Indicates Wi-Fi activity for respective bands.
- WAN: Indicates WAN port activity.
- LAN1, LAN2, LAN3: Indicate activity on the respective LAN ports.
- 4G: Indicates 4G network status.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Accessing the Web Interface
To configure advanced settings, access the router's web interface:
- Connect your device (computer, smartphone) to the router's Wi-Fi network or via an Ethernet cable.
- Open a web browser and enter the router's default IP address (e.g.,
192.168.1.1or192.168.0.1). Refer to the sticker on the router for the exact IP and default login credentials. - Enter the username and password to log in.
3.2 Work Modes
The router supports two primary work modes:
- Router Mode: The default mode, where the device acts as a router, providing internet access via 4G or WAN to connected devices.
- AP Mode: The device functions as an Access Point, extending an existing wired network wirelessly.
3.3 Wireless Connectivity
The router provides Wi-Fi connectivity for multiple users:
- WE5927-A: Max 300Mbps wireless rate on 2.4GHz, supporting up to 32 Wi-Fi devices.
- WE5931AC-A: Max 1200Mbps wireless rate on 2.4GHz and 5GHz, supporting up to 64 Wi-Fi devices.
The high-gain antennas ensure strong wireless signals, covering a wide area and penetrating walls effectively.

3.4 4G to LAN Wired Network
The router can convert its 4G antenna receiving operator network into a wired network. If the 4G Wi-Fi connection is unavailable, it can automatically switch to a LAN wired network connection.
3.5 TF Card Expansion and File Sharing
The router supports TF card expansion for storage and sharing of files. You can share various file formats (MP3, MP4, DOC, PDF, JPG) across connected devices.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Software Updates
Regularly check for and apply web software updates through the router's web interface to ensure optimal performance and security.
4.2 Resetting the Router
To restore the router to its factory default settings, press and hold the 'RESET' button on the rear panel for approximately 5-10 seconds until the LED indicators flash. This will erase all custom configurations.
4.3 Environmental Conditions
Ensure the router operates within the specified environmental conditions:

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 No Internet Connection
- Check if the SIM card is properly inserted and activated.
- Verify that the 4G LED indicator is active and stable.
- Ensure the router's APN settings are correct for your mobile operator (configurable via web interface).
- If using WAN, check the Ethernet cable connection and the status of your internet service provider.
- Try restarting the router by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter.
5.2 Weak Wi-Fi Signal or Connectivity Issues
- Adjust the router's antennas for better signal strength.
- Relocate the router to a central location, away from obstructions and interference sources (e.g., microwaves, cordless phones).
- Ensure your devices are within the router's Wi-Fi range.
- Check for firmware updates.
5.3 Cannot Access Web Interface
- Ensure your device is connected to the router's network (Wi-Fi or LAN).
- Verify the router's IP address and your login credentials.
- Clear your browser's cache or try a different browser.
- Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software on your computer.
- Perform a factory reset if all else fails (see Section 4.2).
