8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Microscope does not power on. | Low battery or power cable not connected. | Charge the microscope using a 5V/1A or 5V/2A USB adapter. Ensure the power button is pressed and held. |
| Image is blurry or out of focus. | Incorrect focus adjustment or object distance. | Adjust the height of the microscope unit and use the fine-focus knob on the lens. |
| Screen is too dark/bright or has glare. | LED light brightness setting or reflections. | Adjust the LED light brightness using the touch bar or remote. Rotate the polarizer lens to reduce glare. |
| Cannot save photos/videos. | Micro SD card not inserted, full, or corrupted. | Ensure the 32GB Micro SD card is correctly inserted. Check if the card is full and delete unnecessary files or replace it. |
| No image on external display (PC/TV). | Incorrect cable connection or software not running. | Verify HDMI/USB cable connections. For PC/Mac, ensure the 'Camera' or 'Photo Booth' application is open and the microscope is selected as the input device. |
| Remote control not working. | Remote battery low or line of sight blocked. | Ensure the remote has fresh batteries and there is a clear line of sight to the microscope's IR receiver. |
9. User Tips
- For optimal clarity, especially at higher magnifications, ensure your workspace is stable and free from vibrations.
- When observing highly reflective surfaces, experiment with the polarizer lens rotation and LED light angles to achieve the best image quality.
- Regularly transfer captured images and videos from the Micro SD card to your computer to free up space and prevent data loss.
- The dual battery system allows for extended use. Remember to charge both the microscope unit and the base lights for maximum cordless operation.
- When connecting to a computer, if the image is not immediately displayed, try restarting the camera application or reconnecting the USB cable.
