3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Initial Charging
- Connect the adaptor to the robot and plug it into a power outlet (AC110-240V, 50/60Hz).
- Allow the robot to charge fully before its first use. The built-in 650mAh battery provides backup power in case of power failure.
3.2 Attaching Mop Cloths
- Ensure the mop cloths are clean and dry before attaching.
- Align the microfiber mop cloths with the cleaning pads on the bottom of the robot and press firmly to secure them.

3.3 Filling the Water Tank
- Locate the water tank cap on the robot.
- Use the provided water injection bottle to fill the 40ml water tank with clean water or a suitable window cleaning solution. Do not overfill.

3.4 Attaching the Safety Rope
- Always attach the safety rope to a secure anchor point indoors before placing the robot on the window.
- Ensure the rope is securely fastened and has enough slack for the robot to move freely across the cleaning area, but not so much that it can get tangled.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On and Placement
- Ensure the robot is connected to power and the safety rope is secured.
- Press the power button on the robot. The robot will perform a self-check.
- Place the robot firmly on the window surface. The robot will automatically adhere using its vacuum suction.

4.2 Selecting Cleaning Modes
The YW710 offers three intelligent cleaning modes:
- N-shaped Mode: Suitable for horizontal windows, cleaning from left to right.
- Z-shaped Mode: Suitable for vertical windows, cleaning from top to bottom.
- Automatic Mode: Performs an N-shaped pattern followed by a Z-shaped pattern for comprehensive cleaning.

4.3 Control Options
You can control the robot using either the provided remote control or the Tuya Bluetooth mobile application.
Remote Control:
- Use the directional buttons to manually guide the robot.
- Select cleaning modes directly from the remote.
- Start/Pause cleaning.

APP Control:
- Download the Tuya Smart app from your mobile app store.
- Follow the in-app instructions to pair your YW710 robot via Bluetooth.
- Once connected, you can select cleaning modes, manually control movement, and monitor the robot's status from your smartphone.

4.4 Safety Features
- Anti-Falling Algorithm: The robot uses a highly reliable algorithm to prevent falling.
- Edge Detection: Automatically detects window frames and edges, including frameless glass, to prevent collisions.
- UPS (Uninterruptible Power System): In case of power failure, the built-in battery provides power for up to 30 minutes, allowing you to safely retrieve the robot.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning Mop Cloths
- After each use, remove the mop cloths from the robot.
- Wash the microfiber cloths with water and mild detergent. They can be hand-washed or machine-washed.
- Allow them to air dry completely before reattaching for next use.
5.2 Cleaning the Robot Body
- Wipe the robot's exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the robot in water.
- Ensure the suction pads and guide wheels are free from debris.
5.3 Water Tank Maintenance
- Empty any remaining water from the tank after use.
- Clean the water tank periodically to prevent residue buildup.
6. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Robot not adhering to window:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the robot is powered on.
- Check if the window surface is too wet or has large debris.
- Verify the suction pads are clean and undamaged.
- Robot slipping or moving erratically:
- Ensure mop cloths are clean and properly attached.
- Check for excessive moisture or cleaning solution on the window.
- Inspect guide wheels for obstructions.
- Water spray not working:
- Check if the water tank is filled.
- Ensure the spray nozzles are not clogged.
- Robot not responding to remote/app:
- Check battery levels of the remote control.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the robot is paired correctly.
- Make sure you are within the 15-meter effective operating distance.
- Robot stops during cleaning:
- Check for power interruptions. The UPS should provide temporary power.
