The battery features an intelligent LCD display that provides real-time information about its status.

- DC1: Displays the current DC voltage output.
- DC2: Used for DC voltage regulation (adjusting output voltage).
- OW: Indicates the current power output.
- H/M: Shows remaining runtime in hours and minutes.
- Battery Level: Graphical representation of remaining battery capacity.
5.2. Charging the Battery
The battery supports multiple charging methods:
- D-TAP Port: Connect a compatible 16.8V D-TAP charger to one of the two D-TAP ports. The D-TAP ports support charging up to 3.5A (60W).
- USB Type-C Port: Connect a USB-C PD charger. The USB-C port supports PD input up to 60W.
- DC5521 Port: Use the provided DC5521 cable with a compatible charger.

5.3. Powering Devices
The battery offers various output ports to power different devices:
- D-TAP Ports (x2): Provide 14.8V output, supporting up to 10A (120W) discharge. Ideal for professional camera equipment and lights.
- USB Type-A Port: Provides 5V/9V/12V output, up to 24W. Suitable for charging smartphones, tablets, and other USB-powered accessories.
- USB Type-C Port: Supports PD output at 5V/9V/12V/20V, up to 60W. Can power laptops, modern smartphones, and other USB-C PD compatible devices.
- DC5521 Port: Provides 8.4V/9V/12V output, with a maximum current of 3A (25.2W/27W/36W).
The battery supports bidirectional charging and discharging through its D-TAP and USB-C ports.
6. Maintenance and Storage
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the battery. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the battery is charged to approximately 50-70% before long-term storage.
- Battery Life: To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge it before it drops below 20% capacity.
- Temperature: Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 60°C (140°F) or below -10°C (14°F).
7. Troubleshooting
- Battery not charging:
- Ensure the charger is properly connected and functioning.
- Verify the charger is compatible with the battery's input specifications (voltage/current).
- Check for any visible damage to the charging cable or ports.
- Battery not powering devices:
- Check the battery level on the LCD display.
- Ensure the device is properly connected to the correct output port.
- Verify the device's power requirements do not exceed the battery's output capabilities for the specific port.
- If using DC2 for voltage regulation, ensure the correct voltage is set for your device.
- LCD display not working:
- The battery might be completely discharged. Try charging it.
- If the issue persists, contact customer support.
