Introduction
The TIDRADIO BL-1 Wireless Programmer is a compact and efficient device designed to simplify the programming of various walkie-talkie models. It eliminates the need for complex drivers and software, allowing users to program their radios conveniently via a mobile application (Odmaster) on iOS or Android devices, or through a web interface on a PC with Bluetooth capabilities. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your BL-1 Wireless Programmer.

Setup
Follow these steps to set up your TIDRADIO BL-1 Wireless Programmer:
- Install the Odmaster App: Download the "Odmaster" application from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS).
- Connect the Programmer to your Radio: Insert the BL-1 Wireless Programmer firmly into the K-plug port of your walkie-talkie. Ensure the connection is secure.
- Power On the Radio: Turn on your walkie-talkie.
- Enable Bluetooth on your Mobile Phone: Ensure Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone or tablet.
- Pair the Device via Odmaster App: Open the Odmaster app. Navigate to the connection section and select "Connect KIT" or similar option. Choose your BL-1 device from the list. Do not attempt to pair the device directly through your phone's Bluetooth settings; always connect via the Odmaster app.
- PC Web Programming Setup: For PC programming, visit https://web.odmaster.net/login. Your computer must have a Bluetooth module. For the first-time login to the web version, you need to enable permission in the mobile app by going to "Settings" -> "PC Programming" -> "Open".

Operating Instructions
Once your BL-1 programmer is set up and connected, you can begin programming your walkie-talkie:
Mobile App Programming
- Select Radio Model: Within the Odmaster app, select the corresponding brand and model of your walkie-talkie.
- Read/Write Parameters: You can now read the current configuration from your radio or write new parameters such as channels, frequencies (RX/TX), TX power (High/Low), squelch levels, and other functions.
- Customize Buttons: The app allows for customization of radio buttons for quick access to specific functions.
- Share Frequency Schemes: Share frequency configurations between compatible radio models.
Repeater Search & Import
The Odmaster app features a convenient function to find and import local repeater configurations:
- Access Repeater List: In the app, locate the "Repeater List" or similar section.
- Set Distance: Adjust the distance parameter in the upper right corner to filter nearby repeaters.
- Select and Import: Browse the list of nearby repeaters, select the desired channel, and click "Import."
- Save Configuration: After importing, click "Save" to apply the repeater configuration to your radio. If you haven't changed other channels or data, you may not need to click "Write" again, just "Save." This helps your radio reach local repeaters for improved communication range.

Offline Programming
The BL-1 programmer supports offline programming, allowing you to import stored data even without an internet connection:
- Pre-configure Online: Before going offline, ensure you have set up and saved your desired programming data within the Odmaster app while connected to the internet.
- Import Offline: You can then import this stored programming data into your radio even when no network is available.

Supported Models
The TIDRADIO BL-1 Wireless Programmer supports a wide range of walkie-talkie models. Please refer to the image below to confirm compatibility with your specific radio model. The list is continually updated.

- Storage: Store the programmer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Charging: If the device has a charging port, ensure you use a DC5V power source for charging to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your BL-1 Wireless Programmer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
1. Failed to connect radio and APP
- Solution 1: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone, then click "Connect BT" again within the Odmaster app.
- Solution 2: Check if the BL-1 programmer is securely inserted into the K-plug of your radio. Push it tightly if it feels loose. Also, verify that the programmer itself is powered on.
2. Successfully connected, but read/write failure
- Solution 1: After a successful connection, you must select the correct brand and model of your walkie-talkie within the Odmaster app before attempting to program.
- Solution 2: Ensure your walkie-talkie is turned on during the entire programming process.
- Solution 3: Restart the BL-1 programmer and re-select the radio model in the app.
